One Voice Chorus Dues Scholarship Application

One Voice Chorus of Charlotte is a community of LGBTQIA+ and allied people. One Voice values its members, and seeks to be an inclusive organization for all people. We recognize that our membership consists of people from various races, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and financial situations. As an organization that strives never to turn anyone away, One Voice is proud to offer need-based dues scholarships to qualifying singing members. If you are seeking financial assistance, please complete and sign the application below.

Note: Once submitted, scholarship requests will be reviewed and, if approved, will cover dues for the remainder of the current concert cycle. You must re-apply at the beginning of each new concert cycle if continued assistance is desired.

Scholarship Recipient Expectations *

I understand that if I receive a scholarship I will be expected to assist with concert setup and teardown. More information about these shifts will be sent from Membership Committee leadership approximately one week in advance of the concert. If you may be unable to assist with setup or teardown due to mobility restrictions, please mention this to Membership Committee leadership so they are able to accommodate.
